Black and gay don’t mix at college

A friend just me these links(here and here) about Morehouse College in the States. It’s the US’ premier college for black men.

Apparently aspects of gayness don’t match the “Morehouse mystique.” The college is renowned for “images of strong black men.”

I thought  stereotyping was supposed be politically incorrect.  I guess not among educated black men. I wonder what the college’s most famous alumnus, Martin Luther King, would have had to say on the issue of toleration?

I wonder if the dean will be doing underwear checks?
